From
finviz.com, type the ETF for the country (FXI for China and VGK for
Europe for example). Check out the SMA-20, SMA-50 and SMA-200. If all
are positive, most likely, it has recovered and trending up.
FXI is up long term (SMA-200) but not the other two.
VGK is down short term (SMA-20). I believe all 3 SMAs were up not too long ago.
It is simple technical analysis without charts.
Try OIL and GLD for the same analysis.
